COVID-19 Update
JUNE 25, 2020
Dear Residents,
I am pleased to announce the reopening of all City parks beginning on Monday, June 29, 2020. While our parks will be open to the public, we recommend that residents and visitors follow recommendations made by the Cuyahoga County Board of Health for your safety – including the use of face coverings, social distancing, and good hygiene. The City will be installing hand sanitizing stations at each park for public use.
In addition, the lap and leisure pools will be reopening mid-July. In order to use these facilities, online reservations will be required until further notice. Additional information and instructions for making a reservation will be provided in the coming weeks.
The Recreation Department will be accepting limited reservations for rental facilities beginning July 20, and will be honoring existing reservations as of July 1, including Bain Cabin, the Gemini Center banquet rooms (Saturdays and Sundays only), and Bain Park Pavilion. Bain Cabin and the Gemini Center banquet rooms will be restricted to no greater than 50% of the current capacity determined by Fire Code.
We look forward to seeing you and your families back at our parks, pools, and facilities in the near future!
