CYCLING: A certified instructor will coach you through a variety of terrains and heart rate zones. All fitness levels welcome. Bring a towel and water; heart monitor recommended.
PILATES: Mind-body exercise based on the principles of Joseph Pilates; strengthen core muscles through mat training that emphasizes correct spinal and pelvic alignment. Bring your own yoga mat.
