TRX: Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. Space is limited. Pre-registration is recommended.

Easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
Tai Chi Easy. A mind body spirit class that includes five gentle movements which will aid in balance, flexibility and strength. Will help you to be more in tune with your own body.
SilverSneakers® Tap: While the legs do the bulk of the workout, in many steps the arms are lifted above the shoulders, which strengthens and tones those muscles. This combination of arms and legs moving together elevates the heart rate, creating a good cardiovascular workout. You don’t have to have the poise of Gene Kelly, but get up and move your feet. Enjoy the music your taps make, laugh a little and have fun!
