Surround yourself with holiday cheer at the 3rd annual Winterfest.  Live entertainment, food trucks, community vendors and children's activities...and of course SANTA

This year's event will be held at the historic Bain Park Cabin and surrounding grounds.

Parking
Street parking will be permitted on the surrounding streets as well as a shuttle running from Fairview Park High School to the parking lot of Bain Park Cabin.
Shuttle times will be 5:00 - 8:30 pm

Food Trucks
Keep your bellies full at one of our 4 food trucks!  Enjoy tastings from Sweet! Mobile Cupcakery, Papa Nick's, Bistro 216 & River Dog Cafe.

Christmas Lights​

The Cabin, Gazebo and surrounding area will be lit with lights at the event.  The lighting will take place at 5:40 pm

Live Entertainment

Come and see the Scarlet Singers, Middle School Singers, Studio of Dance and the FPFATA.  Our emcees for the evening will be JG Spooner & Matt Haze.

*Buddy the Elf will also be walking around at the event...help him find SANTA!!

Snow Sisters

Do your children love the snow sisters? Come meet them and get your picture taken between 7-8 pm.  Don't miss out!

Ice Carving

Watch a live demonstration of an ice carving and take your picture next to it after completion. Its a beautiful thing to watch and Elegant Ice does an amazing job.

Pictures with Santa

We can't forget the "Big Guy" himself. Santa will be on site to light the Christmas Lights and then will head to Santa's Chalet (aka Bain Park Cabin) to meet with each child. Pictures with Santa will be available from 6-8 pm. There will also be a mailbox for your child to drop of their letter to him.

Vendors
Non-profit/Community vendors along with for-profit/businesses will be permitted to attend this year's Winterfest by filling out the attached form and returning to City Hall.  Each vendor will be required to provide an activity/giveaway for each child.  Fees are associated with for-profit/businesses that would like to attend.
​Electricity will not be provided.
